There are roaches, management is garbage at communication and will lie to your face about their pest problems. The grounds are full of trash also.

Please reconsider before moving to these apartments! The management of these apartments are terrible. We deal with loud banging noise and what sounds like bowling balls being dropped on the floor above us. We called the office and were told to call 911 first and report the noise, then they can do something about it. The noise starts around noon every day and continues till 2:00 or 3:00 am. We have a baby that needs to take naps during the day and get a quiet sleep during night. We called 911 for... more than 7 times and emailed the apartment management about the problems we were dealing with. No one responded to our emails and every time we call they will take your concern but will never follow up with you. It has been 5 months since our first complaint snd the family that lives above us still continues to make noises. The apartment rules say no more than 4 people can live in the 2 bedroom apartments but the family above us are 2 parents and 4 children that will not sit down for even an hour. Please don’t move here. You can find better quality apartments nearby. I’m considering of just moving out. There are more negative things I can say about these apartments but I will focus on the point of the terrible management. Lee mas

I really love the apartment. I do not have so many problem with the apartment but i do not like the management cause they try to solve the problem so slow. Me and my husband complain about how loud noise on above us. We have a baby that need nap and sleep good. Even me i can't even rest a day or night cause everytime this kids are up at noon time they start jumping and running and stamping non stop not even an hour! My baby can't nap good and cry and of course i can't rest. Night time, i try to... sleep 10 PM and then kids still running back and forth from the bedroom to living room non stop. Making noises. Imagine like you always listening big ball and something heavy above you! I finally slept 12.30 AM in the night. How worse this couple. We talked to them nicely but they don't even want to try to solve the problem. We called 7 times 911 and the officer came to them, there was no result for that. What is the meaning to have apartment if you really can not rest day and night? The couple above us already break the rule of the apartment. They have 4 kids in the apartment. 4 kids and 2 adults then running and stamping every single day?? Imagine that! Lee mas

My daughter and I showed up (early) today for a tour (that was confirmed by Ramsgate) and paged the rental office multiple times. No one from this property showed up. We called and were not able to speak to a person. We paged the business office and were buzzed in, but no one spoke to us. Talk about lax security. We drove over a half hour to NOT see an apartment. We wasted another half hour waiting around for no one. This does not instill confidence in the management here. We will be looking... elsewhere. Lee mas

If you want a quiet place, find a different place. Parents and kids play on the tennis court even with signs posted saying not to do so. The kicker is the manager lives on a corner apartment which over looks the tennis court and doesn't say or do anything even when her own child is one the people that plays on the court. Never had an any issues with maintenance. A few things and was addressed within 30 mins or less. Come to winter, they are horrible with removing snow and ice. Only 1 time have... they posted anything about moving your vehicle so plows can remove snow. When office was called about they laughed and said it's winter in Minnesota. Parking lot is a joke in winter and sidewalks are even worse. Majority of the sidewalks are never cleared of snow and ice. Saw a gal shoveling snow or whatever you want to call it because she was using salt to clear the snow, lol. Get a shovel and do the work. Out of 3 buildings one has carpet that looks like from the late '70's or 80's. They use duct tape to fix the carpet on the steps. The other 2 looks to have new or at least newer carpet. In all they want top rent for a place that is a joke in looks. Not worth the money one bite. Lee mas
