A comfortable living area includes a Smart TV for streaming, and there is air conditioning and heating to stay comfortable year-round. An in-suite washer and dryer are great for longer stays. The building offers elevator access, a 24-hour gym, a business center, and package lockers.
On-site parking is available starting August 5th. Furry friends are welcome (max 2) with a pet cleaning fee of $75 total for short stays (1-5 nights), $200 total for medium stays (6-28 nights), and $300 total for long stays (29+ nights). Cats are also welcome, and a small additional cleaning fee applies.

Smoking indoors is prohibited and will result in a $1000 fine. Parties or social gatherings are not allowed, and any group found to be deceitful will incur a $1000 surcharge. An undeclared guest surcharge of $100 per night will be applied for each unapproved guest. Evidence of unregistered pets will result in a $250 fine. If guests fail to check out by 10AM, a $50/hour penalty is applied. Guests looking to extend their stay are welcome to do so, subject to availability, and a 48 hours notice minimum prior to checkout time is required to extend without penalty. All extension requests that are between 24-48 hours before checkout time are subject to an additional 50% of the cleaning fee to reschedule cleaners, and any extension request that is less than 24 hours before checkout time will be subject to an additional cleaning fee. If the key is not returned, a replacement fee of $150 will be charged. Breed restrictions apply: 75lb Max Weight and Breed Restriction. No animal that is a member of, or is related with, the following breeds will be permitted on the premises: Pit Bull Terriers, Rottweilers, Mastiffs, Doberman Pinschers, German Shepherds, Akitas, Chows, American Staffordshire Terriers, Staffordshire Bull Terriers, Saint Bernards, Bull Terriers, American Bulldogs, Cane Corsos, Alaskan Malamutes, Wolf-hybrids, and any cross breed or related breed.
