Furry friends are welcome (max 2) with a pet cleaning fee of $75 total for short stays (1-5 nights), $200 total for medium stays (6-28 nights), and $300 total for long stays (29+ nights). Cats are also welcome, and a small additional cleaning fee applies.

Smoking indoors is prohibited and will result in a $1000 fine. Parties or social gatherings are not allowed, and any group found to be deceitful will incur a $1000 surcharge. An undeclared guest surcharge of $100 per night will be applied for each unapproved guest. Evidence of unregistered pets will result in a $250 fine. If guests fail to check out by 10AM, a $50/hour penalty is applied. Guests looking to extend their stay are welcome to do so, subject to availability, and a 48 hours notice minimum prior to checkout time is required to extend without penalty. All extension requests that are between 24-48 hours before checkout time are subject to an additional 50% of the cleaning fee to reschedule cleaners, and any extension request that is less than 24 hours before checkout time will be subject to an additional cleaning fee.
