My experience has been what I would expect from a "luxury" apartment. The staff has responded to my inquiries and requests. 5 stars still. However, I would like to see improvements to the weight room with the removal of all cardio equipment, but the treadmills, and relocation of the punching bag to an area with more space.

Bathroom Maintenance Oak Grove maintenance crew is the best! They fix things so quickly and then leave a little card letting you know it's complete!

Refrigerator Not Running - At Risk of Losing Everything Inside I wanted to commend 430 Oak Grove's Maintenance Crew on how they handled my minor crisis when I woke up and my refrigerator was not working. With-in 15 minutes of leaving a voicemail message regarding my issue, I had a phone call and with-in a half hour Maintenance was knocking at my door to assess my problem and evaluate both ST and LT options to get my refrigerator back up and running.
With-in an hour, the refrigerator was back... up and running.
Thanks for the prompt response and qualified maintenance crew to handle the problem.

A 1924 gem right in heart of the Loring Park neighborhood. Walk, bike, or bus to downtown. A short trek to the Walker Art Museum and Minneapolis Sculpture Garden. Pet friendly, washer/dryer in each unit, heated parking and storage for bikes/household items. Very private and plenty of common space including murals in the entry, rooftop deck, party room and workout facility. Awesome on-site management ensures this historic residence is and its tenants are well cared for.
