Lincoln Manor Townhomes

This townhome complex has a horrible reputation and is frequently the site of police action. It’s the blight of the neighborhood. The city has tried to clear the place out but the owner keeps renting to criminals. At night, there are bright security lights that illuminate the parking lot in front, but the backs of the buildings are dark. The lights reduce the quality of life here.
