Terrible and very unfriendly management. The halls constantly smell like (meth) ammonia and sulfur, cigarettes and weed. The entire building deals with silverfish and firebrats and half the building had bedbugs.

This is the worst building I have ever lived in. Horrible and very unfriendly management. Management denies that there's a bug problem, but the entire building deals with silverfish and firebrats, and half the building had bedbugs. The halls constantly smell like chemicals(which smells like meth) and cigarettes and weed. 100% do not recommend!

At Hamilton House you will not fin a better community on the inside. With a warm and friendly atmosphere throughout, a well stocked activity room where every Friday at 7:00 PM movies are shown to residents at no charge. The community room also has a huge activity are with seating for well over fifty people; and available for parties, church events, family reunions, or just for the residents to celebrate holidays or just a place to mingle. All events given by residents are free to attend and... always filled with joy and warmth. The Lobby at the front entrance is also spacious and often you will find it occupied by several residents of Hamilton House. We have on-call maintenance staff, security entrances ( Front and Back), there is also a ROSS worker for any issues you may encounter, and much, much more. Free computer room with computer provided for use to all residents. So if you love the ability to go out and socialize without actually going out; then Hamiton House is the place for you. Lee mas
