Office and on site maintenance professionals are awesome! I have always found the office administrators to be very helpful, easy to work with and highly professional. This has also been true for any maintenance workers I have interacted with, or simply passed in the hallways. My only concern with Ascend is the working condition of my building’s only elevator. When it is non functional, it is not an inconvenience, it is a hardship. I live on 3rd floor and live with ongoing Orthopaedic issues that... make it nearly impossible to climb multiple flights of stairs. Aside from the poor elevator service, Ascend has been highly impressive with how well the admin handles other everyday issues and maintenance issues. The buildings are very clean, very well cared for. I am grateful to reside here!
