Hvntington Apartamentos

We lived in Hvntington apartments for 1 year. The apt is beautiful and has a great view but there were several issues with the apartment itself and the landlord. The staircases are very narrow so couches and larger furniture will not fit up them. The couch HAS to be a sectional if you move in. Heads up! Additionally, many of the outlets throughout the apartment did not work for the entire duration of our lease. The landlord herself is responsive and friendly, however, read the lease carefully... because she will dock you heavily for things that would come standard in any other lease, such as repainting the walls or re-cleaning after you move out. We noted these things with her before we moved out so we did manage to avoid some of those fees thankfully. Lee mas
