Maintenance The maintenance staff are always quick to fix the issues when they arise. They are efficient and understand the importance of keeping the residents informed and happy. Part of that as well has to do with the office staff who make sure that the requests are known to the maintenance people. The office checks up to make sure everything is done in a timely manner.

Maintenance Team Rocks I love living at Timberlakes! The maintenance and office crew are amazing! Everyone is professional and repairs are scheduled and completed in a timely manner, and fixed to my satisfaction! Special shout out to Shane for quickly repairing my ice maker and Jill for coordinating everything at the last minute! You guys ROCK!!!!

Short time I have been here a short term me and I love it hear. The ladies and Eric were so very nice and welcoming they made me feel at home. The day I went to get keys to new apartment. They had my name on a chalk board welcoming me and Molly even made me a key chain .I have nothing to complain about everything has been great.

Timber Lakes Timber Lakes management office and the maintenance staff make a difference. Molly works hard and she is making a difference and when you walk into the office her she makes you feel welcome. Her sign to welcome the new residence brings smiles and makes you feel welcome. Jill works very hard and she makes sure that everything is taken care of and works hard to maintain the professional atmosphere. Eric is the front man and he works very hard to make sure that all the office runs... smoothly and is always willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything runs efficiently. The office staff are the best and they give 100 percent to make sure that the residence and facility are well taken care of. Kyle, Greg, Shane and Chris work hard all day to make sure that the facility is running smoothly. They work hard to make sure that everything looks great and runs efficiently. A big shout out to the Timber Lakes personnel who work hard to maintain the facility, resident happiness while maintaining a positive vibe. Lee mas
