Oak Court

We have lived here for a year now. We have enjoyed our stay and will definitely be here another year. It's mostly quiet during the day and night time.

I have a one bedroom here and I love it. It is a decent size for a one bed. The balcony is great to sit on no matter the weather. It is very pet friendly. Parking can be a little difficult, but the roads are always well maintained.

The apartments are in a good location to stores and places to eat in the area. Maintenance requests are generally answered in a timely manner even outside of business hours. The property up keep seems to be a lot better now that there is a property manager regularly in the clubhouse.

From when I moved in last October to now I have noticed a lot of changes being made. Dog poop all over the place is significantly less, the issue of random people using the pool // random people dumping a bunch of trash in the dumpster were taken more seriously now that we have an onsite manager, Sandi. You can genuinely tell that she cares about the people who live here. She’s assertive when needed but also kind and understanding when needed in my experience. My only complaint would be... maintenance, it’s kinda hit or miss. Some of the techs are very kind and helpful while others can be dismissive and unhelpful. Overall, I’d say I really enjoy living here and plan to stay here for awhile. Lee mas

I’ve had a really good experience living at Oak Court. The apartments are comfortable and well-kept, and the property itself is always clean and quiet. Maintenance has been quick to respond, and the office staff is friendly and easy to communicate with. I have felt safe here, and it has been a nice place to call home. Overall, I’d definitely recommend Oak Court to anyone looking for a good place to live.
