Oak Court

I’ve been there for a year now and everything has been great. Not only are the apartments visually appealing on the outside but they’re quite cute and spacious on the inside. If you have any problems, maintenance is quick to respond. The neighbors are quiet and nice, never had to complain once. The pool is also quiet, even in the beginning of summer.

My name is Tina. I have now lived at the Oak Court apartments for 6 years. Overall, it is a good place to live. The property and units are well maintained overall, though the staffing is limited as far as maintenance and office members go. For example, it can take a few weeks for maintenance requests to be responded to, and there is currently only one office attendant managing not only this property, but another within Republic. While I have noticed improvements in the past year or so (more... frequent email communication, key fobs for pool and gym access, etc), there is more that can be done. Recently, they started adding on to the complex, and it was a bit disappointing to see that funds are being utilized to add more to the staff’s workload rather than adding more staff members, given how there are not currently enough staff members to attend to resident’s needs. The apartment complex is in a great location for Republic. Quiet neighborhood, just a block away from main roads for easy commute.The grounds are well maintained. Having my water and internet included in my rent is honestly a great bang for my buck. It is also great that I'm able to do autopay for my rent, so I'm never scrambling to get a check to someone on time. The building is starting to show its age, but not terribly so. The amenities are a nice touch too.

Just re-signed my lease to live here at Oak Court for another year, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable yet pleasant apartment! The amenities are awesome with a nice gym, pool, walking path, and clubhouse! Plus they’re pet friendly, although dog poop isn’t an issue since there’s little trash cans with bags around the property. Sandi the property manager is very kind and helpful, and the maintenance is decently reliable when you put in a request. Floors can be creaky and... you’ll hear the occasional noise from neighbors, but it’s to be expected living in an apartment. The overall environment is quiet, and it’s far enough away from the highway that traffic isn’t a big issue. Parking is never an issue, and I feel reassured when I see security driving through the parking lot occasionally.
