Oak Court

Just re-signed my lease to live here at Oak Court for another year, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable yet pleasant apartment! The amenities are awesome with a nice gym, pool, walking path, and clubhouse! Plus they’re pet friendly, although dog poop isn’t an issue since there’s little trash cans with bags around the property. Sandi the property manager is very kind and helpful, and the maintenance is decently reliable when you put in a request. Floors can be creaky and... you’ll hear the occasional noise from neighbors, but it’s to be expected living in an apartment. The overall environment is quiet, and it’s far enough away from the highway that traffic isn’t a big issue. Parking is never an issue, and I feel reassured when I see security driving through the parking lot occasionally. We have enjoying living here, the area remains quiet and safe. Whenever maintenance is needed, the team is very prompt in addressing the issues. It’s reassuring to know that management stays on top of repairs even after you’ve settled in.

We have lived here for a year now. We have enjoyed our stay and will definitely be here another year. It's mostly quiet during the day and night time.

I have a one bedroom here and I love it. It is a decent size for a one bed. The balcony is great to sit on no matter the weather. It is very pet friendly. Parking can be a little difficult, but the roads are always well maintained.

The apartments are in a good location to stores and places to eat in the area. Maintenance requests are generally answered in a timely manner even outside of business hours. The property up keep seems to be a lot better now that there is a property manager regularly in the clubhouse.
