Valley View Townhomes

These townhomes are nice and the price is very reasonable. Tenants ignore the pet policies and get away with animal neglect despite what the lease says. The dumpster site is always a mess and waste management doesn't pick up all the trash causing the trash to blow into the street and yards. People allow their children to play on other's cars, dig in the dumpsters and pound on doors. I'm familiar with the old management. The old management was good and quick to repair things and handle issues.... The management has recently changed so we will see how that goes. Other than the few downsides... the townhomes are good for the price. Lee mas
