Glen at Bogey Hills Apartamentos

DO NOT MOVE HERE. I lived at Glen at Bogey Hills from 2023-2025 and dealt with black mold, flooding, unrepaired leaks, and broken fire alarms that were never replaced. My bedroom flooded and I paid the electric bill for fans they dropped off. Neighbors constantly smoked marijuana despite a smoke-free lease. Management told me to put wet towels over vents. One neighbor fired a gun into the building; another assaulted someone—blood was left on the curb. Golf balls from the nearby course hit cars... and the building. Doors were broken, the patio door had no key, and the washer disabled all plumbing. I was locked out in freezing temps and charged $25 after waiting 40 mins crying outside. I reported everything—calls and formal emails were ignored. Nothing was fixed. This complex is unsafe, mismanaged, and not worth your health or peace of mind. Lee mas

We are moving out of state to these apartments and Alene has been nothing but an Angel. She has educated and been more than helpful giving us all the information we need. She has assisted in so many ways and has always been super sweet in person and over the phone. The amenities are so beautiful and so is the area and the apartments.

Management is incompetent. If you have problems don’t bother calling don’t bother emailing and don’t bother making complaints in person.

If you are looking for somewhere to call home, Glen at bogey hills is your place. Everyone in the leasing office is personable and friendly. Maitenence is great and very knowledgeable when something goes wrong. The community is adorable and somewhere to call home and be comfortable . We appreciate everything Glen at bogey hills has done for me and my family. I recommend this highly!

THEY KEPT DELETING THE WORK ORDERS WE PUT IN FOR MAINTENANCE
MAITENANCE HERE IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST

let me start off by saying i signed a 1 year lease here. i had put countless work order in and nothing got fixed cracked drywall leaks from the above that is probably just gonna be spray painted over like they do with mold here
FIRST NIGHT IN THERE MIDDLE OF WINTER BOOM HEAT GOES OUT
Not even a month... after moving in our water heater busted open,
After that our ac went out but since the ac was so old they didn't have the part's anymore and were without ac for 3 days till they took a fan part from another unit to fix ours
one time i put a work order in for a lightbulb I HAD TO WAIT 4 MONTHS FOR LIGHTBULB 4 MONTHS
at the same time we told them about the lighbulb they also knew about the leaking through our ceiling from upstairs but did not do one thing to fix it
middle of summer our ac went out again on a friday they told us since its 1 degree colder than the "emergency temperature" outside that its not an emergency
so DEAD MIDDLE OF SUMMER WITH 2 DOGS AND NO AC FOR THE WHOLE WEEKEND finally fixed it the following TUESDAY

My roommate and i were out of town one time that the ac went out and when we called emergency maintenance to fix it the on call maintenance guy told us that it would be a 3 hour wait because he was fishing with his buddies an hour away ; Me being a tenant that paid to live there i was clearly upset over the phone with him he then proceeded to tell me over the phone that because i raised my voice at him that the call was recorded and we weren't getting our ac fixed until the following monday

this place is so trashy too like literal garbage everywhere you look

theres also a rule that you have to keep your dogs on leashes but one of they're employees doesn't think rules apply to him and just lets his big dog out without a leash to run around out in the open

when we first moved in they guy above us (high school aged) throwing literal parties 60-70 people deep they didn't care

i had to take off work multiple times just to make sure that they would fix things correctly (and they still didn't)

let me also say that there is only 1 person in that office that will help you genuinely and that is patty everyone else in that place are the rudest people i ever have had to deal with
