Gulf View Apartments | Pool, Gym, Granite ...

Lived here for two years and never got to swim in the pool as it is a “swamp”. They attempted to “cover it up” but Frogs, snakes and crickets happily reside in it. The complex is termite invested and falling apart. Management is not only “Very Ugly” but changed at least “four times” in the time I stayed here.
The ceiling leaked when it rained and mold became an issue. It’s not entirely Maintence fault as it is the complete neglect of the property as a whole that I’m sure has overwhelmed them.... No privacy on your back porch as there are no gates. All of this you can see for yourself in person, “PLEASE” do not rely on the pictures they put up. Lee mas

Mold so thick I could not open some windows. Roof leaked the whole six months. Never had full use of the stove, some of the heating elements were malfunctioning. The dishwasher was not draining and took 4 months to fix. I was in a two bed townhouse style and thought that would be better than having neighbors above or below. It was not. Your neighbors sound like they are in your apartment, especially walking up and down the stairs. The walkways stink because they do not enforce any rules for... picking up after pets. I was here during military training and only stayed because it was temporary and more trouble to move out. I discouraged my pregnant wife from coming to see me due to the mold. Lee mas

Ac breaks. Power bill $300. Rats and mice. Hope to break lease soon.
