HVAC 89°F Work Order 9/5 I don't understand why the sane survey is generated from Opiniions after each maintenance work order to rate Oceanaire when no one has called us, looked at my problem, or rectified it. I would send the survey out once maintenance is completed work order.
It's been about 4 hours since I put an urgent work order in for urgent due to 89°F in my apartment. Acknowledgement to me or my son would be nice.
