Area in which the property is located is a high crime area and the property has absolutely no security! The complex itself is beautifully landscaped and nested in a woodsy area with many areas to walk pets; however, many residents do not keep their animals on a leash nor pick up behind their pets as stipulated by the lease agreement . Infrastructure is in dire need of repair and the apartments themselves specifically the bottom apartments have issues with black mold. For future tenants looking... for a laid back environment with hassle-free management style this is the place to live. Lee mas

I work for a local medical facility and attend night classes. I love the location and it's been nice to have a short drive and not busy traffic. Very comfortable.

Lock your door and bolt down your possestions otherwise one of these thieves will take it. Grounds keepers hire men to upkeep the lawn every other day but can't invest in camers or better locks on the doors. No gate so people just drive in and out all night I swear and I don't even think they live here. Very noisey all I hear are ambulances and police sirens during the day and night. I thought this was a decent community.

Poor management. Noisy neighbors and thin walls. Will not return.
