I moved here end of July beginning of august it took management multiple calls and complaints to come and fix my air and it didn’t get fixed until I asked about moving out and the neighbor upstairs run all through the night while the dogs bark at all times of the night and the spiders act like roommates no matter come much you clean and spray

Do NOT waste your money or time trying to work with this business. I have contacted them countless times and received no response from the business. This complex required $180 total for application fees for my roommate, 2 guarantors, and myself. After paying the $180 application fee, we were told to wait for approval then we would need to pay a $300 fee to secure the unit. After receiving all of our financial information and application payments, the leasing manager has neglected to respond to... any of our communications. I have emailed and called the office multiple times in an effort to find out what is causing a delay in approval. At this point, I have still yet to receive any communication or updates from the leasing manager. This complex was just recently bought by new management, and I was hoping that meant the management would provide a good experience. I was incredibly wrong. Please save yourself from spending money and time on this horrible management provided. I communicated with the leasing manager multiple times prior to paying the application fees, and I was under the impression that the leasing management was professional and timely. This was until they received my application fee and financial documentation. The grove apartments were going to be my new home and now it is only the home to a management team that has no concern for time management and professionalism. Lee mas

My family and I have lived here for a little over 2 years now and we have been happy here. Our 1st year we had a few problems, but they are under all new management and owners now and things are improving! The maintenance is quick and reliable... Some previous review said something about nails and wood on the side of the road, they were repairing roofs, so what do you expect. The rent is reasonable. If you are on a Days Inn budget, you shouldn't expect the Hilton... The management is super nice... and helpful! Lee mas
