We lived in this community for 18 months and during Hurricane Helene. The office manager and staff are very engaged in the community life and available as needed. Overall, the amenities are great. Beautiful pool and gym. The office is always organizing social activities for the residents which helps to get to know neighbors and feel part of a community. The apartments are spacious, well design, and very modern.

Being one of the first residents in this brand-new construction, I've witnessed the meticulous care put into every detail of the property. Nicole, the property manager, along with her assistant Shawn, made our move-in process seamless and stress-free, always going above and beyond to accommodate my needs. Over my nine months here, I've come to appreciate not only the prime location, just... a short 5-minute drive to Main Street Weaverville, but also the serene and immaculately maintained community. Wow, this place is so much better than expected. Brand new construction, great community, super clean. There are food trucks here several times each month and regularly scheduled social events. Quiet, safe neighborhood with easy access to downtown and right next to Weaverville. Highly recommend!
