The wonderful leasing staff at Hominy at RiverBlue made what is always a stressful, exhausting transition of signing a lease and moving so easy, friendly, and - soothing? From the beginning, I loved the transparency around the monthly expenses and fees; I went into my tour of the property with a full understanding of how much I was going to pay, and whether the expense fit my budget. The leasing staff was totally supportive throughout the lease-signing and move-in process, answering my questions... and giving me everything I needed to settle in quickly. My first month at Hominy at RiverBlue has been incredible so far. Not only has the management staff been super friendly and helpful throughout the entire move-in process, but maintenance is also pretty quick with regards to addressing any issues that may arise. I am still settling in, but I am extremely pleased to be a part of this community, and I look forward to seeing it continue to grow.

Kind, friendly and professional staff. I am just getting to know Hominy and so far I am seeing a lot of care, beauty and attention to details. Some things still getting set up due to it being a new construction, but I am excited by what I see.
