Every month there’s a new issue here. It took two months to repair our washing machine, then we had to put up with fire alarms for five months. The elevator was constantly out of service, and the doors kept breaking—first the mailroom door, then the gym door. It feels like everything is either broken, being repaired, or about to be repaired.
At this point, we’re just counting down the days until our lease is over.

The Hominy at RiverBlue is a beautiful property with kind and professional management staff. The property is peaceful, and residents collectively take pride in living here. Maintenace requests are completed very quickly by knowledgeable technicians. Our elderly dog has enjoyed the elevators.

If you want a smooth transition in your living place, look at Hominy at Riverblue, professional, happy staff, scenic views, great amenities and a centrally located property, with more amenities to come, and a fair market rental rate.

Beautiful apartments, friendly and helpful staff, and gorgeous mountain views. Wind hitting plastic recently installed in the breezeway is annoying.
