Because this is a newer cabin, we are committed to finding that SPECIAL SOMEONE who will lovingly care for it. For that reason, we cannot accept smoking, either inside or outside, and prefer no pets, but would consider a well-behaved, non-barking dog. The cabin is TURNKEY FURNISHED - right down to the linens and silverware. To avoid wear and tear, we prefer that someone stay at least six months. ALL UTILITIES ARE INCLUDED, as is lawn care, so you can avoid the hassle of utility hook-ups and deposits. If you are a first class person looking for a first-class home, let's talk!
