Windsor Upon Stonecrest Apartamentos

I recently moved out and the staff were not friendly. I was rushed to vacate my apartment after charges applied to my account! Please look elsewhere when finding an apartment.

It is common courtesy for landlords to give a 24 hour notice before entering an apartment, but Windsor Upon Stonecrest lately has been slacking with these notices and they seem to just expect the residents to deal with them coming and going whenever it is convenient for management. On top of the that, the maintenance crew is a joke. I’ve had staff mistakenly enter my apartment for repairs when it was a different unit needing repairs; I’ve had maintenance staff cause damage to my door and locks... because their key didn’t work (to the lock they installed when I moved in..?). I don’t feel safe living here anymore, and it is definitely not worth the rates they are charging. I would recommend looking elsewhere to rent. Lee mas

I’ve been here almost 2 years and the best things I can say is this is HOME! The staff are absolutely amazing. The property is well maintained and quiet. When you come here, you actually come home!

The apartments and community spaces are very nice and well-maintained. Any maintenance requests I've had have been taken care of within 24 hours. The management are incredibly kind and communicate quickly. There are also tons of community events that are super fun like food trucks, pizza parties, pie tastings, and more! It is the best apartment complex and group of people I have experienced and I plan to stay here as long as I am in the area.

The staff are all very knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions I had during the move in process. They also regularly organize events for the tenants, like food trucks and fun giveaways that allow you to meet people in the community. I’ve lived here for about a year and I’ve enjoyed every day!
