Disappointed with How Residents Are Treated
Some of the staff are nice, but unfortunately, others are really unprofessional. They don’t seem to care about the residents at all and are not helpful when you need support. I've seen them standing around outside, talking on the phone while people are waiting for help. It feels like they think they’re above doing their job—more like they see themselves as the owners rather than employees. It’s frustrating when you live here and just want respectful and responsive service.
