On-site parking is available. If you are traveling with a dog, it must be registered at a cost of $59 per dog (two maximum). If you do not register your dog, you will be charged $120 per dog. A workstation is available for rent during your stay, which includes a 32” monitor, wireless keyboard, and mouse.
Situated in historic Elizabeth, this residence is conveniently located a few steps from Hawthorne Avenue, the heart of Charlotte’s health care district. Plaza Midwood and Uptown are a short ride away on the streetcar. Within a half-mile walking distance are more than 40 locally owned restaurants (Italian, Mexican, Cajun, and Mediterranean). Independence Park, Charlotte’s oldest park, is just down the street. Charlotte’s renowned greenway is less than a half mile away.
Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 7 am. Dogs are never allowed on the furniture or bed. If there is hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, damage, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged an additional fee. Only two dogs are allowed per stay unless otherwise approved. Smoking and vaping are not allowed inside or outside the home or building. Parties, additional guests, events, or large gatherings are not permitted. Air conditioning must remain between 72 and 75 degrees in the summer and 68-72 in the winter and on AUTO to help ensure it stays in good working condition during your stay.
