Each condo features a beautiful porch, full kitchen, and high-speed Wi-Fi. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, utensils, and the adjacent dining room comfortably seats four and includes all the place settings. The main bedroom has a king-size bed with a flatscreen television and a comfy chair. The bathroom is equipped with Nest bath products for your convenience. Upholstered furniture in the spacious living room provides comfortable seating for you to enjoy the flatscreen television with both streaming and Hulu Live. Each condo also has a pull-out sofa bed.
Well-behaved, quiet pets are allowed in most of our properties with a pet fee of $59 per dog (two maximum). A workstation is available for rent for $10 per day, which includes a 32” monitor, wireless keyboard, and mouse. Single beds can be joined into a king-size bed for a one-time $50 fee. A pack n’ play and/or highchair can be requested for use with at least a 24-hour advance notice.

Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am. This property has a zero tolerance for parties, unruly behavior, loud music, disrespectful or unlawful activities. Violations will warrant forfeit of the entire reservation and may incur additional fees. Smoking any substance is strictly prohibited on the premises and may result in a $300 penalty. Dogs are never allowed on the furniture or bed. If there is hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, damage, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged an additional fee.
