Terrible house, terrible landlords

I’ve been living in one of the Townhomes for two years almost, it’s full of mold, falling apart, has a number of smaller problems, and we’ve had a service inquiry with our management company for six months now that they won’t check on. Our management company has changed twice and all of them have been slumlords. There is consistent gunfire in the neighborhood and trash everywhere, but still these people will charge you way too much because they simply can. I called the other day and let the... owners know that I will absolutely not be back for year three.
