NOVEL Davidson by Crescent Communities

This is clearly the only luxury community in Davidson, a seven building complex with beautiful clubhouse (with pool, workout room, and multiple seating areas), outdoor seating, and multiple amenities. The complex is but a half mile, tree-lined walk to downtown Davidson, surrounded by excellent restaurants, shops, a two block walk from the Lake Norman YMCA, and right on the border of Cornelius and a short drive to Huntersville and Mooresville. The units are spacious with in unit full sized... washers and dryers, luxury features, high ceilings, and top-of-the-line touches.
It's surrounded by a road construction project that will re-route the access to the community, and though the project is actively being completed (crews are out there daily), right now it's not easy to get to. However, the project is deep into construction, and it won't be long before it's been completed. With four buildings in the seven building complex completed, and surrounded by the road construction project, there's plenty of availability right now, but don't expect that to last when the work projects end. With the convenience and access to popular Davidson and the surrounding Lake Norman area, and with such beautiful units, don't expect the availability to last long.
