Cityview Lofts

As a current resident of this building, I can tell you that the apartments are beautiful, but NOT safe. I have only been a resident for 5 months and my car has been broken into TWICE- while parked in the PARKING GARAGE! Not to mention that within my time as a resident the gates to the garage have been broken, resulting in multiple car windows smashed and items stolen. The management company has made no effort to tighten the security of the building or the garage. If there was an elevated police... presence or security cameras installed like there are at many other apartment complexes in Charlotte, I would feel incredibly safer and actually consider resigning my lease. For now, nothing has changed, and walking out to the contents of my car in upheaval is not a price I am willing to pay- especially when my car is in a parking garage and supposed to be protected. Know what you are getting yourself into when you move here. Lee mas
