Please do not rent here. I moved in 6 months ago and have been requesting my AC be fixed for the last 3 months. They refuse to fox the AC and refuse to provide a rent concession. There are days it has been 90 degrees in my apartment. This is the worst complex I have ever delt with. Please reconsider, or if you visit the property ask an actual resident about their experience.

I have had other maintenance issues getting them to fix anything but the air conditioning is the main issues. Horrible... property. Please do not rent here Lee mas

The staff was very knowledgeable and nice and made my move in process extremely easy!

Non-functioning and damaged amenities (gym and swimming pools)
Poor attention and maintenance in my apartment (I have reported several times a hole they made in the wall and they never repair it, I also have black fungus in the rooms)
Poor cleaning on the stairs, they look unpleasant, dirty and have a bad smell.
The payment system fails and they are not responsible for it and I am the one who has to pay fines for the delays.
The customer services is not good and I do not feel comfortable living... here.

They deserve negative stars. They come into your apartment without notice multiple times. Don’t respond to maintenance request. Have terrible communication. I got a text message that my apartment flooded, no phone call just a text, and had to call and follow up myself to get updates. The 3rd party companies that they use leave a complete mess that the don’t cleanup at all, moved everything, damage personal property and they hold no accountability over them. I was told “all we can do is report it... to supervisors.” They cut the water off every other week, multiple days in a row for hours. Don’t bother reporting anything to the office, that was pointless also. Would never recommend this complex to anyone. Lee mas

I have lived here since 2020, and the location is only getting worse. Recently, a woman was robbed at gunpoint right outside my apartment, and I have seen multiple arrests in my time here. It’s maybe every other week there are 6 police officers standing around outside an apartment dealing with a crime. My balcony ceiling caved in and destroyed my patio furniture. When I say caved in, I mean that the entire ceiling just fell apart in the middle of the night. Good thing no one was out there or... they would’ve been seriously injured! It took around 2 months before someone came to my apartment to fix it and clean it, and they asked me for help. There are many people that come to this complex who don’t live here and park in the back to do/sell drugs. I have seen fights occur from my apartment window in the middle of the night. On top of all of this, the complex itself is messy, and has trash everywhere. They don’t clear the dumpster often enough, and it causes a horrible site of piled up trash to be right near the entrance of the apartment. I know the apartment is cheap, that’s why I have stayed here, but trust me when I tell you that it is not worth it. Lee mas
