Greenside

The entire building is under construction from September-May (which I will be shocked if that timeline stands) and residents were only given a few weeks warning with no flexibility for accommodations. The on property staff is fantastic but at the end of the day, they are taking orders from the management company and my experience with the management company has been awful. They don't care about their residents and I would avoid this place at all costs. My lease can't end fast enough!

I have been living here for about three months and I will say that it has been such a positive experience. From the front desk to the apartment itself and my favorite, the maintenance team. David and Orlin and josiah are at my door within 20 minutes, sometimes less, when I file a maintenance request. They are so kind and fix everything to the best of their ability, compared to all my other apartments this is by far the best. I have always ran into issues with maintenance in the past so it is... refreshing having a great team while living here. Lee mas

Greenside Apartments has been a fantastic place to live! The property is beautiful and well-maintained, with a peaceful, inviting atmosphere. The office staff is friendly and helpful, and the maintenance team is reliable and efficient. Plus, the location is unbeatable—Target and Marshalls are just a short walk away! Highly recommend Greenside for anyone looking for a great community and convenience.

Greenside ended up being the perfect choice for me! The amenities are amazing, and the location is unbeatable in the Charlotte area. Everything you need to get to is in walking distance making every day with free time an opportunity to go do or try something new! I have no regrets moving to Greenside!

I love living here so much! It is in such a good location of Charlotte, near some of my favorite restaurants and stores. Not only is there a lot to do in the neighborhood but there are so many resident events in the building every month! You will never be bored!
