Building is nice, parking isn’t the best. Noise on the left side of the building can be an issue on the weekends with the bar next door. Never an issue with anything located in the apartment, great features

This is a great spot. The location is hard to beat. The property is well maintained and mgmt is friendly. Parking can be a little tight if you don’t reserve a spot

Great apartment. Fabulous staff, good amenities, and amazing location. I have enjoyed my time here and plan to stay a while. I definitely recommend the Penrose!

The best place I could have picked! Management is so communicative and maintenance takes such good care of the complex and resident requests, plus such a good walking location to so many fun things!

Overall great place among the options and prices you’ll see around the area. Safe and secure from the parking to mail to apartment. Issues with pet owners not picking up after themselves and major garage issue- not enough spots for residents on their floor.

We understand your concerns about pet waste and parking. Please know that we are actively working to improve... both areas. As we near full occupancy, parking availability has become more limited, but we have recently opened up additional spaces and continue to offer reserved parking options to guarantee a spot. Feel free to reach out to the leasing office for details on any current specials or to secure a reserved space.
