The Penrose has been a great home, it’s clean, great amenities, nice interiors for a decent price and the Maintance team is great!

Overall, it’s been a good place to live and I’m generally happy with the apartment and community. The main downside has been parking. There seem to be a lot of reserved spots compared to general parking, so it can be surprisingly difficult to find a place to park—especially during peak hours or in the evenings. I’ve had a few nights where I’ve had to circle longer than expected or park farther away than I should need to.
