The mint is a very solid place to live. The only drawback isndepending on apartment location light and noise can be very bad. But it is hard to beat location. Super safe and high quality apartments

Wonderful building with a very helpful and friendly staff. Only complaint would be my upstairs neighbors being a little nosey at times. Pool is a bit small, but the gym is great.

My two year stay has been great so far! I have been living in Charlotte for over 18 years and I have lived in Uptown the entire time. This is by far the best experience.

The individuals who work in the leasing office are approachable and demonstrate a positive attitude, and the maintenance team consistently provides assistance when needed.
