    We love it here at The Mint. The location is ideal for my work and just far enough outside city center for some breathing room and space.

    After 10 months I can say that I’ve never lived in a better managed apartment building. Richard runs this place so well, from interior maintenance to exterior appearance. He and his team (Gabe and Ty) take care of service requests immediately and without delay, they are always so friendly and helpful and keep the area clean and fresh.

    Every time we walk    … through main area the sales team (Cole and Damon, as well as Richard) has a wave and friendly smile.

    They also do so many things here for the residents. From little things like remembering your birthday with a card, to treats in the lobby and special events. It’s a great vibe and feeling here.

    It’s a great place to call home.
