Although I'm much older than most of those here I find the other tenants and staff to be friendly and cheerful. I love all the activities and how well the pool and grounds are kept. So far I've never seen the pool or game room crowded when my grandchildren visit. It's a great vibe here altogether.

We just moved in two days ago. We love our apartment, but we hate the valet garbage system. The trash smells up the entire floor. Horrible and embarrassing when visitors come in.

Love the Sawyer! I live on the top floor and its super quiet! Grounds are kept nice and awesome events at the clubhouse. Only downside is the size of the washer and dryer are small in some apartments.

Parking at my lot has become very limited
Maintenance responds to requests quickly
Paying rent is easy I enjoy living here overall

Love living here. It is really close to lots of amenities. Grocery shopping daily if needed is always a plus. The office is wonderful and always here to help. Thanks Stacie, Caroline, and Daryl.
