I love living here; the location is great, apartments are nice, and so are the tenants. My only complaint is there’s a lack of privacy as there is little insulation in the walls.

Sawyer is in a great location, the apartment layout is really nice and overall we’ve really enjoyed our time there. Unfortunately, the security hasn’t been the best (ex: easy access into buildings where the locks weren’t working and took a long time to be addressed…) and I’ve also noticed a lot of dog poop left around the property. Hopefully that will be addressed soon.

Community is beautiful and the staff is always very very helpful. What is beyond their control are pet owners that absolutely refuse to pick up their dogs waste in some of the common areas. They need to install outdoor camera systems or something. The only other thing is the community is VERY noisy at night and on weekends from the nearby roads and QT station at the corner. There is a lot of car racing going on that really can be disturbing. Again, not their fault!
