A wonderful community within walking distance to Walmart and a short commute to Sam’s Club, as well as nearby banks including Wells Fargo, Bank of America, and Chase. Maintenance staff promptly address all concerns. The overall staff is excellent.

Good to stay here in Vinoy apartments.
Nice Gym and nice swimming pool and nice walking area.
Children’s play area and tennis court and pickle ball courts nice to have in Vinoy for playing.

Vinoy is good commnity but they should really focused on the resident pain in the following areas.
1. Children play area is very limited and not equipped
2. LMS Parking nuisance - This has been enforced on resident by managment and residents are not at all happy with this. Our guests suffers a lot and we too as resident face this nuisance a lot. LMS people are rude and they intentionally target the guest. Vinoy management talks in favor of them and treat resident as if they made a big crime so...
please take out this LMS Parking nuisance and stop bothering the residents, I belive there is no at all a need of LMS enforcement because this community is not in uptown or near market place even the communities near to concord mills mall doesnt have such type of enforcement then we as resident dont see logical reason for LMS enforcment, whoever has made this decision must be without proper evaluation of its need in Vinoy.

The children's play area is of great importance to our community and we value that. We make sure that the equipment is in great standing, that the area is clean, and the perimeter fence...
is properly taken care of. As for LMS, we send out flyers periodically as a reminder to the community to be mindful of the parking policies of our vendor. We also email this at move in and give a printed version when handing out keys. The Vinoy has evaluated the need for the parking vendor which is why we have partnered with LMS. LMS helps our community by making sure that the vehicles are registered and approved to be on site.

If needed, please stop by the office and we will gladly give you a printed version if needed as well as discuss your concerns.

Proximity to schools and public transportation is a plus. Since it’s Old community accessories are too old. Rent side also i feel it’s high when compared to newly constructed apartments nearby are par what I am paying here.

Good neighborhood. Play area can be expanded. Sad thing is same court for tennis and pickle ball. Though maintenance staff is not understanding English, managing ok. Maintenance is good so far.
