Decent community with a convenient location in the University City area. The location is one of the biggest advantages, with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and major roads. The community has good amenities and can be a comfortable place to live, but there are some areas where maintenance and overall management could be improved. Overall, it’s an average experience with both positives and room for improvement.

Most of the appliances are non functional when we joined in the apartment. Raised multiple requests but no proper fix. When we joined, we noticed that dryer has full of rust and washer did not work, AC compressor gas was leaking, None of the burners in the stove works properly. All of sudden ift goes to high flame and spoil the broth, or some times only the light turns on but the burners doesn't turn on. Oven washer is completely out. We raised multiple requests for the stove and oven but every… time the admin adjusts the burner and go, the situation remain same. Shower tap was broken which we informed on the first day itself but no change in 2 years. Toilet continuously flush the water. Maintenance team asked to stop the valve whenever water continuously flow.

As a resident of Vinoy Apartments, I have had a generally good experience. The property is clean, and the maintenance staff does a good job of addressing issues in a timely manner. The location is a major advantage, with easy access to nearby amenities.

Maintainance should be improved as I see most of the case fixes are not long term and permanent. After few days the same issue is happening. Also tickets are getting closed without addressing the issue and taking long time to address the issue.
