It's a mixed community. There are some advantages and disadvantages. Some maintenance issues are not rectified properly. We are facing roof leaking problem. 4 to 5 times it was happening. But they are not resolved permanently.

This has been the most stressful play to live. My apartment has mice. I felt like my concern weren’t taking seriously. You have to play dodge the people in street because they act like they don’t see cars or use sidewalks.

The seperate locker room with access, cameras in the dog park and play area, lights all over the community and so many things have added more livelihood. We feel so safe now and everything here is now super smooth
