Maintenance requests are taking time to address unlike before. Pipe burst in the buildings occurs every winter which is concerning. Apart from the usual, it’s a great place to live in.

Renewal rents are very high; we are frustrated with LMS parking system. Our guests suffer a lot and we don't want LMS parking anymore in this community. Vinoy has no reason to have LMS parking. Children play area is very small and not well equipped. School teenager do some suspious activities on staircases in the morning hours in our building. There is not action on that till today from Vinoy.
Vinoy should have gates installed to protect it from strangers.

Excellent Services from maintenance
Management is awesome
I been here for 2 years now and have not experienced any violence. I feel safe in this community. Everyone minds there business. Could ask for a better neighborhood.

Good place to stay.time to resolve service tickets needs to speed up. It’s decent community with friendly neighbors, lease office conduct activities and gatherings monthly so get chance to interact with community members.Fav part of community is my patio is with lots of greenery outside.
