We understand... how upsetting it is to discover you’re still listed on a lease after moving out, especially when you made arrangements for a roommate to take over. This is certainly not the experience we want for our residents. Lease transfers and screenings require completion of all required steps before they can be finalized, and we regret that this situation was not clearly communicated or resolved in a timely manner.
Please contact our leasing office directly so we can review your account, clarify what occurred, and work toward a resolution. We take concerns like this seriously and want to ensure the matter is handled fairly.
