I’ve had a very positive experience living here. The community is clean, quiet, and well-maintained. The management team is responsive and helpful whenever any issue comes up, and maintenance requests are handled quickly. The amenities are good, and the overall environment feels safe and comfortable. Neighbors are friendly, and the location is convenient with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and transportation. I renewed the contract one more year in Verde, I'm going to be living here for two years, because I feel comfortable and safe. They should be more concerned about people who renew the contract by making offers or discounts for renewal. They always care about having new customers and offer them many things. It's not fair, when one is always up to date on his payments. More concern about that.
