Although living at the building was very convenient right across the street from the train building was fairly quiet leasing agents do not complete their job. I moved out back in April and had a roommate take over my lease. She NEVER finished the screening process. It is now December and I found out that I’m still on the lease and I am responsible to pay rent to somewhere I haven’t lived since April 2025 extremely unfair.

Location and price are great, but maintenance requiring external vendors takes ridiculous amounts of time. They should work with other vendors, and it's personally made me watch out for those vendors myself, knowing they aren't very reliable.

I love it.its safe and friendly environment love raising my children here.the pool area is relaxing working out here is a great experience.its clean very well taken care of just love waking up here every morning

Living in this apartment has been a very positive experience overall. The location is convenient, with easy access to shops, public transport, and essential services. The neighborhood feels safe and welcoming, which adds to the comfort of living here.
The apartment itself is well-maintained and spacious enough for daily needs. Fixtures and appliances are generally reliable, and any maintenance requests I’ve submitted were handled fairly quickly by the management team. The staff is approachable... and professional, always willing to help when an issue arises.
Amenities such as parking, laundry facilities, and common areas are a definite plus, though there is some room for improvement. At times, noise from neighbors can be a bit inconvenient.

Very nice environment, familiar and quiet. Very respectful residents and the staff is very helpful, always having a great attitude. So far so good.
