Verde at McCullough Station

So far, I still like it here. There are a few issues. #1. Having inconsiderate neighbors is annoying, loud music coming from your next-door neighbor, the upstairs neighbors having their kids, jumping and running through the apartment at 10, 11 o’clock at night when you’re trying to sleep. #2. We have people with pets that refuse to pick up their dogs poop in the hallways. #3. We have people that leave their trash sitting in the hallway over the weekend, knowing good well pick up is NOT on Friday... and Saturday yet they let it sit out in the hallway and have the whole hall smelling like a dumpster. #4. Residents leaving trash in the parking garage. I believe when management cracks down on these issues I think it would be so much better to enjoy the property. Read More

I have had a good experience living at Verde at McCollum Station Apartments. The community is clean, quiet, and in a convenient location, and the staff is friendly and helpful.

One issue I hope management addresses is residents allowing their pets to urinate on the hallway floor mats. It's unpleasant to walk through the area and smell pet urine, and it affects the cleanliness of the community. Pet owners should clean up after their animals and be considerate of their neighbors.

I renewed the contract one more year in Verde, I'm going to be living here for two years, because I feel comfortable and safe. They should be more concerned about people who renew the contract by making offers or discounts for renewal. They always care about having new customers and offer them many things. It's not fair, when one is always up to date on his payments. More concern about that.
