Thanks to the team who have been very accommodating with different leasing options and terms. It means a lot. We would love to stay, if you can sort out the issue with WM garbage pickup from West Village (they do 3 am pickups), that would heavily influence our decision to extend. Plus we extend lease is much more economical for you - you’ll gain an additional $9k from not having the unit empty and not having to forgo 2 months free rent for a new tenant.

I like this community. I moved in here when Beckon first opened and management was very disorganized, but I believe it has improved over time. The biggest problem with the building is that noise travels between floors (but it doesn't travel between next door neighbors). I would mention this if someone asked me about the building, but that is my only real complaint.

Great community! Had a couple work orders on move in and some confusion about wifi, apps needed, etc. great location and staff has been incredibly helpful!

Good communication with the front office, great location in central/downtown Durham, and a clean place. Wish the pool was warmed. Overall, a nice place to rent.

Great place to live, beautiful amenities, prime location. Staff is great and always very helpful. Community events are fun. Love the sky lounge.
