Beckon

Moving to a new city and apartment can be overwhelming, but Beckon has made the entire experience incredibly smooth from day one.

From my very first tour to the application process, the team was always patient, kind, and responsive. I had a few issues with my income verification, and every question or concern I had was answered promptly. At no point did I feel like I was navigating the process alone.

Even after moving in, the support never stopped. Whether it was a maintenance request, a... question about the community, or help with something small, the team was always quick to respond. My maintenance request was completed within one business day, which really impressed me.

One thing that stood out to me was how genuinely helpful everyone has been. I recently had several large furniture deliveries, and the team went above and beyond by helping get the heavy packages up to my apartment. They didn’t have to do that, but their willingness to help made a stressful move so much easier. Those small acts of kindness say a lot about how much they care about their residents.

I also want to give a special shout-out to Lexi. She has been incredibly kind, welcoming, and supportive throughout my entire experience. From the first tour to move-in and even afterward, she’s always been there to help. That said, every member of the team I’ve interacted with has been equally responsive and professional, and I truly appreciate all of them.

The community itself is another reason I love living here. The building is clean, well-maintained, and feels secure, which was one of my biggest priorities when choosing an apartment. I also love that access to the building and parking is controlled, giving me extra peace of mind. Everyone I’ve come across has been friendly and respectful, and even the dogs in the community are so well-behaved! It’s a quiet, comfortable place that genuinely feels like home.

My apartment has a beautiful balcony and gets plenty of natural light, which was exactly what I was looking for. Every day I’m reminded that I made the right decision choosing Beckon, and I honestly don’t regret it for a second.

I recently moved into this apartment, and my overall experience has been very positive. The apartment is beautiful, the location is perfect for my commute to work, and the move-in process has been smooth.

There were a few small hiccups along the way, such as my initial welcome email missing some important information about trash and other resident resources. After I reached out, the team quickly sent the complete information and resolved everything right away.

A special thank you to Lexie, who... has been amazing from day one. She gave me my initial tour and made the transition from being a prospective resident to moving into my new home feel easy and stress-free. She has always been kind, welcoming, and ready to help whenever I’ve had questions.

The Beckon staff are extremely helpful and nice, especially during the move-in process. A welcoming community with many events for residents.

We just moved into Beckon & it’s been a great experience. Lexi made the process smooth & efficient, the facility is beautiful & very clean. The staff clearly take pride in it. We’ve also loved meeting other residents & their dogs. Highly recommend!

For being so close to downtown it really feels so tucked away and quiet in its own section of downtown. The amenities and community are great and the apartments are spacious
