Encore at the Park Apartamentos

Garbage no collected on time, breeze way needs cleaning, the stairway smells of dog urine. Too much domestic disputes. Poor lighting in parking lot, does not feel safe. Roaches coming up through the drain!

I would not recommend living here. Living conditions have gone significantly downhill in the last year or so. Not a very safe place to live and not worth the price.

My Family and I have been residents for almost four years. We moved here for health reasons (mine). Our home has stairs and I needed to be in a place with no stairs for therapy and healing purposes. We haven’t done apartment living since 1992 (Military Housing). The Entire Encore Team in its efficiency is very similar to the efficiency of the Military Housing Community. I’m grateful for the experience of living in a peaceful Apartment Community where we feel like Family.

Been here 2 years and love it. The staff are friendly and responsive, can't beat the location, the appliances aren't the newest but they have been well maintained. Apartments are spacious. The only real issue I have are the parking spaces are small, your a breath away from the other car, not great for the bigger persons.

I’ve enjoyed living at Encore at the Park. It’s convenient and is in a good locate for me. However there do need to be some improvements. I feel like there should be a weight restriction on dogs because those bigs dog owners do not clean up behind them!
