Encore is a great community to live in. The care of the landscape and buildings are exceptionally maintained. They provide perks that other apartment communities do not have. I feel they put in great effort to show the residents that they care. I have lived here for 7 years and I'm just as happy with my living experience here at Encore at the Park as I was when I first moved here.

Garbage no collected on time, breeze way needs cleaning, the stairway smells of dog urine. Too much domestic disputes. Poor lighting in parking lot, does not feel safe. Roaches coming up through the drain!
