Rolling Hills Apartamentos

For the last two years we have lived here and it was ok then our window was shattered back in December of 2019 and when asked for it to be fixed it took well over a week for that to be fixed. It’s cold.. next the roaches (even if your house is spotless ),the dry rot, the layers of paint on the walls and cabinets. Our hallway ceiling is sagging bad we have a giant hole behind our cookware in which we have no idea where it came from just went to clean behind it and there it was.. the seals on our... windows and doors are crap so all critters may come and go as they please.. we have new management here but it appears that as long as they look good from the outside they think the inside is well. There are no lights in the living room no dishwasher no ceiling fans. If you want to move in here good they are raising the prices so don’t expect to pay what you signed for. Lee mas

Don't apply here. They have denied approve of me living here even though. I meet income requirements. They want me to provide them a "Letter of relocation". When I have told them several times I will commute.

Don’t move here. Moved here in May and instantly regretted it two weeks later smh. Roaches and noisey people on top of you that walks all day and plays loud music. Gonna break my lease at this point. Tired of suffering!

Maintenance take forever and a day
Complex staff is rude
I hate it here

Less than average apartment. You can litteraly smell everything your neighbor cooking/smoking and hear everything. Bugs/spiders everywhere. Staff of always quitting.
