Title
For the last two years we have lived here and it was ok then our window was shattered back in December of 2019 and when asked for it to be fixed it took well over a week for that to be fixed. It’s cold.. next the roaches (even if your house is spotless ),the dry rot, the layers of paint on the walls and cabinets. Our hallway ceiling is sagging bad we have a giant hole behind our cookware in which we have no idea where it came from just went to clean behind it and there it was.. the seals on our… windows and doors are crap so all critters may come and go as they please.. we have new management here but it appears that as long as they look good from the outside they think the inside is well. There are no lights in the living room no dishwasher no ceiling fans. If you want to move in here good they are raising the prices so don’t expect to pay what you signed for.
