I was born and raised in The Triangle area and have lived in many of the towns (Cary, Fuquay-Varina, Holly Springs and Raleigh) that make this area the best place to live. In more than 25 years of real estate, I have skillfully guided over 800 clients in selling, buying, investing, remodeling as well as representing new construction developments. Due to my longevity in the real estate industry, I have gained priceless experience in navigating the most complex transactions and the art of negotiation. Consulting clients through hundreds of home inspections and by representing numerous builders, I have developed a keen understanding of property conditions.
