My maintenance request was done in a timely manner.

I moved to Orchard Trace Apartments a month ago believing that it would be a very nice, comfortable one bedroom apartment to live. But this has been an absolute nightmare! From the very incompetent office staff to the many issues in the apartment, I would advise anyone looking for a stress free apartment home not to apply here at Orchard Trace. The appliances in the apartment are 20 years old and don’t work properly and management refuses to either fix them or replace them. That’s why they make... renters get renters insurance now because they know these old ovens are going to start a fire at any point. There’s also severe water damage in the cabinets and ceiling from previous water leaks. There’s a gross pest control problem with water bugs inside and outside of the apartment. There are cracks in the sidewalks and the parking lots needs to be resurfaced because they are uneven and not safe. For the very expensive cost of rent these shouldn’t be complaints. Lee mas

My daughter & I have lived here for 20 months. We both like the quiet area & nice neighbors. The staff here (Devin, Yhara, Rodney & Terry) are friendly, caring & helpful. One of the best things about living here is the location. We're within 1-4 miles of many churches, grocery stores, banks & drug stores.

Where do I begin. This was and still is my first place that I ever moved into on my own. At the time I was looking to move every apartment that I looked at turned me down or I just didn't feel it was a good place for me. When I walked into orchard trace I felt like I was at home. The apartments are extremely spacious! I had never had a walk in closet before and the one I have here is like a second bedroom. The thing that I love here is the community is so quiet and safe. I literally can walk... upstairs to my neighbors apartment and leave my door unlocked with NO problems that's how safe I feel here. The staff is unbelievable they are helpful,friendly, and understanding especially the manager hedi. Any question I have she's there to help. There is also the security watch named Mr. Fred. He is by far the sweetest most kind person I have ever met. I work at a job where I don't get home until 12am..every night he is in the parking lot at my door making sure I get inside safely..where else does that happen?! I have been here almost 3 years and when that time comes to think about possibly moving I always come back to orchard trace and I have NEVER left...this is my home! Lee mas
