Tour of 8 West

I just took a tour of 8 West with Eric! I am looking for an apartment for my sister who is moving here from the beach. My gosh Eric did such a good job selling the place I was ready to sell my home and move in. A very positive experience. Eric was both professional, friendly and fun. Thank you Eric. Hopefully she will be moving in within the next couple of weeks. Great job Eric!

Poorly built "luxury"

I can hear absolutely every step that the person above me makes and those steps also shakes my apartment and cabinets. The parking lot lights rarely work and the gate is broken off and on.

There is valet trash but those who pick up the trash, dump it right in front of the building before actually taking it to the compactor (which is usually overflowing on weekends). It's an eyesore and definitely not luxury. You also have to pay for cable and internet, but the speeds and reliability vary and if...
you work from home that's a no no.

I'll be moving once my lease ends. When I pay for luxury, I actually expect it.

Nice apartments, poorly run.

Nice apartments, poorly run. I couldn't receive mail from the USPS for the first month here, still every package the complex gets is put on the floor of a room with everyone else's (and anyone could take anyone's package), I was sent a very incomplete lease right before they closed when I was moving in the next morning (and then held to the terms not specified in my lease), facilities aren't opening on the promised schedule, it took a week to get ahold of someone to tour the place, and still as... a resident they don't respond to the resident email portal. In its current state, I would not recommend this complex to anyone.

Completely unprofessional

I was never able to find this apartment complex. The leasing agents don’t answer their phone or texts. The grandover golf course has no clue what this apartment complex is so I’m not even sure if they do have any deals with the course itself. I would never rent from this property. So unprofessional.

Customer service

UNPROFESSIONAL. booked an app, showed up, leasing agent nowhere to be found. Was another couple who had been waiting they said for over 45 minutes. They said they had called over 3 times and no response. Neither one of us received a call to let us know. Btw they tried to delete my review lollllll. Property looked excellent i will continue to say
