Bridford Lake Apartments

Overall it is a very nice place to live. I have enjoyed the pool and the neighbors are very friendly. Although the whole neighborhood low-key smells like weed and there have been a few things we just weren't very satisfied with.

Decent apartment floor plans with lots of room. Amenities are non existent or completely outdated and useless, besides the pool. Terrible security, gates never work, no cameras anywhere, and awful lighting at night. Front office are nice but not very helpful. I provided two months notice prior to moving out. I had one month left on the lease, which I was not going to stay at the apartment. I requested to speak with someone to at least pay half of the rent, as I gave the keys back the moth before... . Was told there was nothing that could be done and no one I could speak with. Stayed at the apartment for 3 years, never missed a payment. Yet, the final month of rent on my lease could not even be negotiated. I was told they would lose money if they cut my lease a month early (clearly see they don’t care about their tenants). Overall would not recommend, unless staying for less than 6 months (if at all that). Lee mas

Very quiet and everyone is good as neighbors The property tries to make sure that it is maintained properly.Very comfortable and big rooms. We really enjoy living here

Very friendly atmosphere, we live as a big one family. Admin and maintenance team are cooperative and respond to any issue immediately. Upgraded GYM is awesome.

My go to person was Justin, who is great. I so far have had my trash be picked up 4 days late, windows inoperable, air conditioning go out, doors off track, and a running toilet. This is at move-in. I have not taken the issues up with the office yet because I am trying to get settled since the move was a strained one. Having moved in with this does not make me the most confident in my year here and coming into this I had planned to at least reside here for two years before purchasing another... home. I'm hoping these things to be fixed when i do address them and that the pool opens on time because I need that to at least happen for a boost in confidence i have for my new community:) Lee mas
